Cherrelle, who the cousin of fellow R&B singer Pebbles, had some R&B hit records in the 1980s, along with a few duets with Alexander O'Neal. Her songs were produced by the high profile R&B production team Jimmy 'Jamm' Harris and Terry Lewis, which were released for Tabu Records. The list of Cherrelle's hits included: 'I Didn't Mean To Turn You On', 'Saturday Love', 'Everything I Miss At Home', 'Artificial Heart', 'You Look Good To Me', and 'Affair'. She was featured on the song 'Always' by Pebbles. Cherrelle released five albums from 1984 through 1999, and two best of compilation albums.
