this is my least favorite season and for my opinion the weakest from the series. the story-line became to complex and they(writers/directors) didn't really delivered it well. i was not loving eric here that much unlike season 4 but i still love him

this show continues to be the soul proof that superb acting alone can't save shit writing,with Eric' villain decay,Tara' I need a romantic love interest or else I'm miserable,Jason and Jessica getting together(who gives a shit!),Sookie' mary sue charity as a means to justify her chronic meddling,Sam'insufferable egocentrism. I quit watching this '50 Shades Of Grey' crap when I realised that the Humans were more interesting than the Vampires
