Shot independently over a 24-hour period, the film offers an intimate portrait of the incredible horror and humanity that emerged at "Ground Zero" in the wake of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. Without any commentary or music, the images and sounds -- the fires and ashes, the emptiness and chaos, the desolate outskirts of New York's once-bustling financial center -- speak for themselves.
it still blows my mind how any one could possibly do such a thing! i was a year old when this happend and to this day even though i do not remember much it still angers me and sends chills down my spine. i could just imagine what it felt like being inside those towers :( may all the victims that died r.i.p and thank you to all the volunteers that assisted with the clean up.and my deepest condolences to the families that lost there loved ones. but all those terrorists did to us was make us strong

i must admit I have seen every angle of video on the WTC but I have never seen inside the world financial centre after the damage. I assumed those trees survived.
Its stunning to me there could be thousands of people and it looks like nuclear winter
