I'd like to have an UTAU but i can't 'cause UTAU programm doesn't work on my PC , so i did a 'pitchloid'
She is the younger sister of Fuuga Koto.

Um...I can help you make her into a REAL UTAU. You can record the samples and I can oto.ini them! But first off, If you want her to be officially the sister of Koto, you're going to have to ask Koto's creator, in Japanese.
