How does "civilian" equal the storm troopers of Star Wars? This makes not sense, and you really are nuts if you believe this. Seriously, if you are worried about militarism then you should be worried about the MILITARY, not some civilian volunteer service stuff. Did the Stormtroopers start off planting trees, teaching kids to read, etc.? I assume that you think the Peace Corps and AmeriCorps have already enslaved us all.

i think civil wars are going to break out in the next ten years, the situation is expected to get much worse over the next ten years with the severity of the economic depression, before any signs of recovery can be made again, and even then it won't be the same type of greed & capitalism (capitalism has collapsed, evidently) and China is the future & a multipolar world & balance of world powers. The British empire collapsed too, now usa after 70 years of being a superpower has collapsed so bad.
