Thanks for the help i forgot where to find the 5 Dock. Btw when you started up Cydia it asked to update it. You clicked on the ignore button.
If you click the upgrade button at the top instead of the ignore.... you will install the latest version which dramatically reduces the boot-up time for cydia !!!
