As far as ethical and moral failings, I'll take a Party that tries and sometimes fails to do the right thing any day over a Party that collectively suffers from Munchausen by Proxy syndrome. Democrats cry for the powerless then make policies that leave folks with broken families, high unemployment and bad schools.
They NEED us to be ignorant, dependent and angry because then we are easy to control. Look at cities and states where they hold power. Tell me I'm wrong! They are the slavers!

The Republican platform says lower taxes on ALL, increased choices for Americans [schools, health care, etc], strong national defense [which has kept us from having additional attacks on our nation], and personal responsibility. What does the DNC stand for? High taxes and government control, pacifism, equal outcomes rather than equal opportunity and on an on. It's a radically socialist party that currently looks a lot like a dictatorial regime in some cases.

As Augustine said, 'you cannot judge a philosophy by its abuse.' Just because there have been some Republicans who have strayed from the tenets or foundations of Conservatism does not mean the party as a whole is bad or corrupt. Take Robert Byrd for example; he was a card carrying member of the KKK and is the longest serving member of the DEMOCRATIC party. Does that mean all dems are racist? Obviously not. You have to look at the party's platforms.

you need to look at the policy differences between the two parties. one seeks to uplift people by creating means of succeeding on their own accord, while the other coddles minority groups and makes them dependent on government rather than their own ambition and abilities for success. Obama is already the worst president this country has ever had. His policies aim to bankrupt the coal industry, raise taxes, and stifle American ingenuity and progress by heavy tax burdens for businesses.

Bush broke the world! Go Republicans! Republicans are committing suicide. Reminder: Today's Republican Party does not stand for Fiscal conservatism. So those that are Fiscally conservative should leave and create a party that actually does stand for what they believe in. Also those that believe in and practice moral and religious principals should leave as well. That would leave the Big money, Big Oil, Big Pharma republicans fully exposed. The Republican is actully 3 parties.

It 's true that Republicans were at the forefront of doing away with salvery, but the Republican party today is not the same party. Todays Republican party is about corporations and Big Oil and Lobbyists. You have adulterous hypocrites saying they stand for morals that they don't even practice. As disfunctional as Democrats are I prefer imperfect people over lying, thieving, religious fanatics that want to take over the world. (Did I mention a Republican bankrupted the country?)

This idiot doesn't know that 40 acres and a Mule was vetoed by Andrew Johnson and the land was returned to former white land owners.
