Sleep paralysis excuse for shadow people is bullshit. I've seen them fully awake most of the time. Only in 1 house tho. My old friend's house. The most intense time was when I turned a corner and looked ahead only to see there was a shadow being only 2 feet in front of me, with red eyes, then it started speaking to me super fast, I couldn't understand. I don't think it was english. I screamed and he ran about 10 feet down the hall and up thru the ceiling. Scary.

...i thought to myself, "damn, another bad dream" and this repeated over and over for about 3 times times until i got fed up and yelled at that thing to piss off lol! it went away and i fell asleep properly. till this day i didn't know what the hell it was until now when i came across info about shadow people. the whole experience seemed so real i still remember it well. damn, i'm now going to be on the lookout for these things. i still can't forget how strong that thing was and i'm a grown man.

sleep paralysis is bullshit , you can move while in deep sleep .if its not true you would be paralised soon after u fall asleep and its not true ,just watch someone sleeping and you will see 4 yourself

Ever since I was a little kid I always thought I was seeing a tall strange figure standing in my doorway. It was oddly proportioned with a large looking head and a skinny body. I was never afraid of it. It would just float there, looking shadowy and misty, with no face or distiguishing features. But usually it seemed more gray than black. I never really knew what it was and I'm not sure if it was a shadow person. I still don't really know what it was.

@gsus7125 yes, sleep paralysis is bullshit. I was not asleep when my encounter took place...all 4 events, I was awake. How can you have sleep paralysis if you're not asleep? Mine growled at me and then laughed at me.

I never saw the hat figure or old woman. but I have seen the perfect black silhouettes that move about and watch over your while you are in the grasp of the brother of the spirit world called sleep
