I'm starting from scratch....this is honestly probably one of the most helpful and motivating tutorials i seen on the web cause I can do pull ups and dips but having trouble transitioning between the two. Thank you

this is prolly cos i only ever did muscle ups on the rings when i was a gymnast, but doesn't it defeat the point to have the rings so short from the ceiling? when they're as long as the rings gymnasts use you have to bring in the whole keeping the rings together a helluva lot more, which i thought was the hardest part of it.
