do each 3 sets of each exercise. each set should be done until you can not do anymore. rest 90 seconds between each set

  • @jameswray50 man breathing right is one of the most important things when it comes to exercising its not difficult, just breath in when going down towards the ground, and breath out or exhale when pushing up. Not that hard. When doing pulling routines, breath out or exhale when your are pulling up or in. and take a deep breath when going down or lowering.

  • I can't breath when I do pushups, so I can't get past 5 (usually) without gasping for air.
