While yes this is complicated they drill and train all of it into you so much it becomes first nature and it will take less than a second to actually execute.

and the name is "israeli krav maga" not "magaabout"
third thing- israeli krav maga, as i understand it is a mixed style build up from real life experience of veriaty of people. it is not a traditional martial art such as shaulin kung fu.

@sharples01 I'm a certified Krav Maga Worldwide instructor, and this is not Krav Maga. That's why they always say "israeli self defense" in the titles and only dare to say Krav Maga in the description. In krav we use a similar defense when you're in the process of being thrown, but that's only if you already are going to the ground and can't help it. He's voluntarily going, and you can tell because he has the time for the groin slap. Plus he did the roll incorrectly according to KM standards
