  • no it wont really improve alot if you work out 1 day a week at least 3 times a week and dont over do i i have injured my arm overdoing it .

  • yh i done 2 set each of hammer curls and bicep curls i done wot rhadi does 1 1 1 1 1 2 1 13 and so on if i done this every wednesday wil i c improvement

  • yeah 2 sets of each, you might think itz not alot but i do this 5 times a week so i rest my arms and give it a rest so it grows bigger.

  • so u do 2 sets of hammer curls and 2 sets of bicep curls

  • i do wat Rhadi does then i do 21's which are 7-7-7 dumbell lifts then i do 2x 25 pressups.

    I do this twice and thats about it for your arms

  • on the arm blasters do u do like 4 sets or do u just do wot rhadi does and call it a day
