Mr. Penske has that rare alignment of gifts to select, train, provide and win. One of the rare exceptions was Kevin Cogan.

At the begging of the season last year (2008) I was thinking that Briscoe is a weird choice by Roger Penske and that he's not going to prove himself worth of a Penske ride, but after he won at "The Milwaukee Mile" everything has really changed, now I really think that Briscoe is one of the best drivers in the field.
