  • it starts out good, but goes downhill once the narrator states "we dont agree who we are" then proceeds to speak heresy and liturgical abuse.

St. Ignatius' rule stresses strict obedience to God through loyalty to the Holy Father, yet that core element was disregarded in the 1960's and most orthodox Jesuits have been sidelined... please pray that they remain true to Jesus and His Church

  • wonderful... jesuits are a great model for our times... I pray for us and for them mission...

    Christ loves jesuits

  • Are Jesuits Roman Catholic....?

  • can i just ask what kind of program or software did you used to make this film clip? thanks...

  • I agree with roser640. But now the Jesuits (after GC 35) are slowly changing. They are rediscovering their identity. Help them to be more loyal to the Christian tradition.

  • What "heresy and liturgical abuse" have you noticed?

  • Bellissimo!

    P.S.

Can you write what the two persons that appear at the beginning say?? (I'm not able to understand!)

  • I think he's using apparent contradictions to demonstrate that they complement each other - humility while seeking excellence as well is not a bad thing, etc. I think he's also trying to show how there are many ways to be a good Jesuit, like there are many ways to be a good Catholic Christian (as a lay person, a religious, a priest, etc).

He doesn't make it clear that this is what he's doing, I agree it seems unorthodox, but I don't think his message was intended to be so.

    Peace of Christ +

  • From a purely financial side of things you probably couldn't make a worse decision than to become a Jesuit, there is no money to be made as a Jesuit, you will own nothing and share eveything.

I however can buy anything, cars tv's so on and so on, so why is it that I envy the Jesuits maby its being able to wake up every morning and know that today and every day I shall serve God by remembering Jesus own words " whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'
