Josh and I were the ones called to deal with that problem. We went downstairs expecting a 'drip, drip, drip' kind of leak and found this one instead. I did the head cocked to the side thing and Josh said, "That...is NOT a leak." and I responded with, "No, no it's not." Then we went to work.
He talked to the hotel, while I blocked off the area. Then we both went and talked to the artists and moved the tables.
We fixed the problem pretty quickly and most didn't even know it had happened.
