  • social injustice in the name of religion

  • Does the daughter in-law get any share in her father- in-laws asset? Or does she only get it from her husband not father in law?

  • What about if some of the daughters are married are they still entitled to a share? and if father is still alive?

  • Surah Nisa 4:11-12 clearly says whatever limit GOD has set will be executed after clearing any debt and if the deceased leave any will. And in Verse 2:180 GOD says if anybody approaching death should leave according to whatever is fair. Now the will has to be left equitably . If the sister is poor and son is rich there is no sin if the man leave everything to daughter.

  • Great, hope all Muslim patents divide the property according to the rules of Allah. Much injustice Is done nowadays, may Allah bless Dr. Zakir
