http://www.edenpest.com - Molly of Pest Detection Northwest, is the Bed Bug dog of Eden Advanced Pest Technologies' first choice. She is 97% accurate, and locates bed bugs faster than any human.
at 15 sec you drag her and then pull leash so she can sit at where you knew the bed bug was.
The same BS trick cops use with drug dogs. They have a leash pull command that makes the dog sit and supposedly "detect" drugs. They use this to have "probable cause".
I dont blame the dog, I am a dog lover, but stop using the dog to get attention.
That container was actually full of dog food... it's to help keep her senses sharp because she only gets fed when she finds the bed bugs. As you can see she starts to get distracted by the dog food but when she actually finds the bed bugs she sits immediately and shows where they are with her nose.
Dogs are a great help when searching through multi-unit facilities but we never treat a room unless a bed bug is spotted with the human eye.
@agenthelios1 The dog finds bed bugs way faster than a human can... period. It's one more sense that we do not have, being able to smell them. So why wouldn't we market that tool? A well trained bed bug dog can save a hotel or property manager a ton of money on inspection costs.
The leash is to guide Molly to where the bed bugs are most likely to save time, otherwise she would be running all over the room looking for them. We actually use the dog, so it's not a gimmick :) Just fun to show her.

@edenpest The dog is a great marketing gimmick. You cannot deny that you pulled on leash to direct the dog where you wanted it to go.
Like I said I am an animal lover for life, but I think its ridiculous of you to use the dog as a marketing gimmick as you have.
