@yellowpwns97 In my opinion this is the perfect choice. I would def. use PAF PRO in a HSS combo since it is a relatively low output humbucker, and it wont overpower the single coils. And it sounds really bright and clear, and it is the exact opposite of dark and muddy. You will get a very cool fat strat type of combo.

@MajkeTiTvoje i have yamaha pacifica and i want to put on neck and middle dimarzio hs-3 and on bridge this paf pro?what do u think ?

i have a PAF PRO in the bridge position on my yamaha. i didnt put it, the original owner did. its too bright for me. Im getting something hotter like a DActivator or a crunch lab. The PAF JOE in the neck position is epic (and purple)

What would you recommend, Seymour Duncan JB/59 or DiMarzio (36th anniversary) PAF?

@EricRichardsonn I reckon the great thing about him not having figured out what he's going to say adds to the sponteneity of the whole thing.
What kind of pots are you running it with? cool demo btw!

@EvanN108 I have since replaced it, but I am pretty sure at the time it was connected to a single 250k volume pot, with the two tone controls going to the single coils. It's a pretty bright pickup so the 250k works really well with it, especially in the bridge.

Awesome dude! I have a Highway One that I want to put a PAF Pro into the bridge position. Mines a honey blonde one. Going to change the singles into Dimarzio Injectors or Area 67. Haven't decided yet.
Great playing! You've really inspired me to get on with my pickup replacement project!

@GATvsGAT If you're gonna go with the PAF Pro for the bridge, I'd recommend you get the '67s and wire it all up with 250k pots. The Injectors might sound a bit muddy with 250ks and the PAF Pro will definitely sound very bright (which might be what you want) with 500ks.
Good luck with the swap!
