  • super songs.....

  • Jeff Beck, Mark Knopfler and Chris Rea. The three greatest guitarists to ever walk the planet.

  • Hey Chris! If you ever come back to the States, please, please come to Pittsburgh, PA! I'd love to see you in concert!! :)

  • This is the letterman band that really rocked. Antoine Figg on drums.. that guy is the best drummer. Will Lee is a total douche but he can play. I canb't remember the guitar players name, but he was fantastic.. so versatile.. then Dave went to cbs and got some dorky band... geez all those extra people suck.

  • Road to Hell or Highway to Hell or even a Goat Track to the ante-room for the delusion you choose which is Hades some people rebel (Thank Yod Hod & God) (Snicker) & those that love freedom keep enough of their soul free so as to be able to tell the god of this world exactly where he can shtick his twisted heaven\hell retirement village for losers who bow & instead they go stand out in the darkness & wait for the star to go BANG & for Christ to find them in the post supernova fire!

  • Chris has been a highly underrated artist. His songs in the eighties and early nineties were great. His slide guitar playing is top notch. I was highly influenced by him and Mark Knopfler. If you want, click MrAlvarda down below and check my songs.

  • @Perroloco00 That's right. He is considered, by most, and more importantly most guitarist to be the best slide guitar master on the planet today. Such a humble, kind hearted, loving family man. Being struck with so many life threatening illnesses has made him appreciate and cherish each and ever moment for how precious it really is.

He's a soft spoken man that just happens to have a very deep voice, which truely make him incredibly sexy.

  • If someone asked him to lipsync he'd probably walk away. He doesn't do lipsync. I know he did once, just once. He will never do it again. So any talkshow that might be pondering the thought would just have to can it. Cause he wouldn't do it.

I see his older videos & it is obvious how much his illnesses have stolen from his youth. But they couldn't steal his love of music his passion to play. He's a real fighter & has many things he wants to explore with his music. You go Chris. Love you man

  • SLIDE MASTER

  • Love this version... which appears to be real (not lip sync). One of the greatest guitar solos.
