~ People organizing: PaulThaAsian - DJTLaC - MyAnnoyances (in no particular order)

~ Dates of event: Wednesday July 8th, 2009 - Saturday July 11th, 2009 = saturday is main day (sunday, the 12th, is check out day)

~ Place: Belvedere Hotel (or so it seems at this point) central park, and anywhere else people want to go in the city.

~ event: on saturday, we were hoping to have some sort of talent contest which would begin on youtube itself and then finalists would perform at the gathering.

~ Who can go: anyone from youtube...or blogtv.
