  • My favorite Flogging Molly song.

I don't care what old FM fans say... because all old fans sound ignorant on every freaking video by any band/singer.

  • @RhoSully I love being Mesopotamian. Once everybody immigrated out from there they just lost all that raw 10,000 BC purity.

  • @Afireinside912 im glad you know what im thinking.....keep your wrong assumptions to yourself asshole.

  • Been a fan since I first herd Drunken Lullabies on Tony Hawk 4 way back when and guess what? I love the new stuff more that a lot of the older songs. It's shows how not only that Dave and Bridgette have grown as song writers and composers but that the entire band has become a more solid unit. IMO between Float and the Speed of Darkness the band's sound has finally been cemented and I love it. Keep rocking and bring us more of the good stuff!!

  • @embracedbyfrost

No came on here to bash their new material.

  • @Afireinside912 people and their assumptions....im not even gonna go there. i came with fresh ears because i havnt listened to it in awhile. my opinion didnt change.

  • @embracedbyfrost

Yet you came to listen to this song? seriously?

  • Okay, let's pretend this isn't Flogging Molly and just critique the song on its own merits. It's okay. It's rather generic rock, decent lyrics, good beat, better than average melody and actually quite catchy. It's a group I could listen to (I listen to more varied music than most people) but it doesn't put the smile on my face like the group Flogging Molly did. On its own merits, IMO, it's just not as good. Would I buy this release? Probably not, whereas I would get just about anything by FM.

  • @Afireinside912 I'm an old Flogging Molly fan and I love this song. Some people can't deal with change. When I first heard a little clip of it I thought what the fuck but I soon fell in love with it like I do with most of their music.

  • Wonderful song from a great album. A true protest song for a generation coming of age just in time to see that the America that they have inherited is not the America that has been promised to them. It's not the Celtic rock that fans will remember from Swagger or Drunken Lullabies. This is something different.

  • is this the guy from float? like the little dude who makes himself out of the stuff around that little irish village?

  • It's like Pavarotti singing cumbia or rap... A total waste of an extraordinary voice. Unbelievable... This guy was on Fastway before this crap!!!
