Paul Collingwoods superbly built Sylva Riot. Paul has taken the most attention to detail in building his race car and has coupled AT Power direct to head throttle bodies for the 1.6 16v Ford Zetec SE, or Sigma, engine to his choice of cams, a gas flowed head and Emerald ECU. Peak power was recorded at 7900rpm at 191.4bhp at the flywheel. Maximum torque of 134.4lb/ft at 6500rpm. You can follow Paul in the Northern Saloon Sports Car Championship, and those looking to sponsor should get in touch.

  • I was under the impression that the R1ot was the one with the R1 engine... hence the name

  • @unclesonnyonutube

I believe you are correct. I had the name wrong originally but thought I had corrected it all.

  • What spec cams is it running and are the valve sizes standard? Very impressive figures for the SE

  • That's a very impressive output for a 1600. Is that the ex-CCC Dave Walker setting the engine up?

I'd read something that said that with a throttle body set and headers you could get over 200bhp out of the 2.0l duratec motor. What sort of output would you expect from the Zetec without the modified cams and head?
