YouTube Symphony Brass Ensemble performs Susato's Basse Danse Bergeret arranged by Empire Brass founder Rolf Smedvig on ABC's Good Morning America April 13th 2009 to mark the YouTube Symphony Orchestra's debut at Carnegie Hall, performed by members and mentors of the YouTube Symphony Orchestra.
From left to right:
Jim Moffat, horn
Arnaud Geffray, trumpet (L'Orchestre national de Lyon)
Rolf Smedvig, trumpet (leader, Empire Brass)
Ian Bousfield, trombone (solo trombone, Vienna Philharmonic)
Ted Atkatz, percussion (leader, NYCO & former principal percussionist with the Chicago Symphony)
Andy Chester, tuba
"...conductor of the London Symphony Orchestra, Michael Tilson Thomas."
Really? They can't even get these kind of details right? I wonder how Gergiev felt about that one...

Calling this just Youtube symphony players is a bit of a stretch. That's Rolf Smedvig legendary trumpeter of the Empire Brass Quintet for over 30 years and the trombone player is Ian Bousfield principal trombone of the Vienna Philharmonic.
Great performance though and I envy the other players for getting to play with such good players.

Great playing! It´s a shame the sound engineer didn´t know from which end of the horn the sounds come out...
