Rob Woodall on the President's "Recess" Appointments

I went to the House floor this week to discuss exactly how I feel about the President's decision to trample the US Constitution with his recent "recess" appointments. Tyranny of the executive was one of the most fundamental fears of our founding fathers. We must stand up--not as Republicans or Democrats, but as Americans--and remind all of government that the Constitution isn't a suggestion; it is the the supreme law of the land. Don't create a Constitutional crisis, Mr. President. Void your recess appointments and work with the Senate to do them properly.
