I first had this delicious roast garlic appetiser at the Stinking Rose restaurant in San Francisco. They call it "Bagna Calda", but it's NOT the same as the Italian dish Bagna Cauda. hi Titli. i'm italian and i'm from Piemonte (tha bagna cauda is one of our typical dish) I've just discovered your channel and I have to say that of all the cooking channel I follow, yours has become my favourite in no time! i'm serious...I love you're recepies and I love the way you explain them! and if you want to try a really good bagna cauda i'd be happy to give you a good recipe! thanks for your work :)
