Seeing as everyone's posting theories here, I may aswell put this out: I heard that there was a boy called Andy in Brandon's high school. Apparently Brandon's school career was made unhappy by this Andy kid - he was the #1 football star, the school "stud", and our amazing Mr. Flowers was his bully victim. The song is supposed to be a sarcastic tribute to Andy, as in a "look at me now" kind of thing. Bet that man is devastated now.
