Damn that is so sad. Thank you for filming this. She had so much more potential, you could hear it in her voice. All taken for no real reason. Someone on this site said "She was our Janis." Rest in peace Mia! We'll NEVER forget any of it- your senseless murder, which you didn't deserve, or your great music, which you deserved to be able to make more of. Bless you forever baby, we miss you.

I never heard of her and The Gits until about two weeks ago. Being a Louisvillian I looked up famous Louisvillians on Wikipedia and saw her name. Well loving punk and not enjoying todays local Louisville bands such as My Morning Jacket I had to see what she was about. Thank You Wikipedia, thank you Mia, thank you Gits, Fuck you Jesus, Viva Zapata.
