Yup, I jumped the bandwagon and watched Bakemonogatari.

Basically the vid is about:
Oshino kinda talking about his and Shinobu's "relationship"(I ship them hard now), Shinobu's relationship with Araragi, and it switches between Shinobu's POV, to Oshino's POV and Araragi's POV, alot..
It's mostly just Oshino's though..
And Oshino really reminiscing(SP?) about his more adult love for BAMF!Shinobu..
And of course loli!Shinobu thinking about herself and her former self..

If you dont want to wait for Kizumonogatari movie to learn the backstory, you can read the light novel. Its on the net translated to english. I read it last week, amazing story btw.
