After the 220kg and 4 sets of 6 with 160kg unbelted I went on to do this set. The most gruelling set of squats I've ever done in my life. By rep 14 I thought I was going to vomit, by rep 20 death seemed imminent

  • only thing wrong here is that you need to drop the guy spotting you from behind going up and down with you,that looked really gay.other than that,awesome set of 20 reps.

  • i know the feeling with 20 rep squats.... and to do 20 good reps with that weight is seriously impressive
