How to Make a userbar in Photoshop Cs4

Ahead of the vid, Im sorry for mistakes I had its just my voice always messes up when ever I explain or teach something.

How to make a userbar in Photoshop cs4.
Steps:
1.) Open Photoshshop.
2.) Make it 350 x 19 RGB,Transparent,8 bit.
3.) Gradeint.
4.) Then blur and stuff.
5.)The add lines and rasterize
6.) Use the pattern.
7.) Add text and use style.
8.) New Layer, then add the image.
9.) Use ellipse tool, Rasterize, and then set opacity.
10.) Save as a .Png. not anything else.

Right click on a layer, choose blend option. Choose gradient from there.
