@vicrattlehead07 A lot of these kids wouldn't have been old enough to vote for Obama. And it's not the administration that's been pushing for the tuition hikes - it's the universities having to make up for the drop in tax revenue from the states, as the recession has dragged on from policies and events that started underneath the Bush administration, & even Clinton administration, coupled with student loans/grants pushed to be cut by Republicans & some Democrats.

@Radarmantro Ghandi ejected the entire British empire from India through non-violent protests and Martin Luther King revolutionized civil rights through non-violent protest. In fact 50 out 67 transitions from authoritarian government resulted from non-violent protests. The results of non-violent protests speak for themselves.

Yeah, stupid hippies, they never learn. Putting flowers in the soldiers' guns weren't very effective and it seems shouting "shame on you" has as much effect when the opposition is sporting batons. Next time they should've brought their own batons and guns.

@LibertyJedi Reasonable people understand that the education is not free. However, the tuitions are getting too high!
And let's not forget that, after spending all the time and the money, you might still struggle to get a good job with a college degree.
Students have the rights to complain when the system is CORRUPT!
