  • What kind of rice? Long grain, short grain, sweet rice?

  • You can use long grain and short grain rice.We do not use sweet rice for fried rice.I used jasmine rice from Thailand. You can find in any stores.

    Thanks for watching.

  • what was the first sauce you put in

  • The first sauce that I put was fish sauce.

If you don't have or you don't like fish sauce, you can put just soy sauce and add more for to taste.Hope you enjoy. Thanks for watching.

  • Ning,

Where can I get a wok like yours? I have the american version and it's not very good. Please let me know!

    Thanks! Great video

  • Believe it or not, our wok in a cheap American one too. It is thin steel and not coated. I would recomend that when you do buy a wok, not to use Teflon coating. You can get a good heavy wok at any good Asian food store.

  • do you add salt at all? if so when must we do that??

  • Great!!! I tried it at home .... Yummmmmyy

  • That's correct. Thai people like to eat raw vegetables with thier dishes, and Americans like to have raw sex with their meals, right?
