This is a super cheesy demo video for the Spider Guard Web Flex Cup, from SAW Sports. The commercial is cheesy, but the product is VERY VERY good. It is extremely comfortable and offers a great deal of protection! www.SawSports.com
On there website you'll see testimonials from Greg Jackson, Mike Brown, James Krause, myself and several others.
It's a great product at a great price! Try one.

  • Would this work well for muay thai? can this cup handle a good thai kick?

  • @drpurple18 I wouldn't want to get kicked hard with it.

It is comfortable for grappling. It provides a better amount of protection on the lower part where it counts, but has more give toward the top.

  • Will compression shorts do the job of keeping the cup close and secure? will it not shift or move around while I'm rolling?

  • @rezwanborja- From my experience you HAVE to have something tight ON TOP OF the jock or compression shorts.

  • that was so gay!

  • Purchased mine a few weeks ago... use it for grappling and muay thai. Had a few grazes with my friend practicing his inside leg kicks and no pain. You have to understand that this cup will work great for what you need in mma. When are you going to take a full force thai roundhouse to the nuts? How could that even happen. This hands the foot slaps and hits that you will generally take. If your doing competition. Maybe invest in a steel cup. But this works for me and my class.

  • How would this work for paintball? I just took a shot in the groin and i am in search of something that will provide support and not be uncomfortable. how big are the opening, paintballs are .68" diameter

  • When you catch an arm bar is it going to crush your nuts or hold up?

  • why would you put your athletic cup in with the dishes
