Lake Lavon at "EAST FORK MARINA" SAD! DROUGHT 2011

Wow! Beautiful private little Marina on Lake Lavon drying up. Really Sad to see, It's like a ghost town out there. Hopefully it's not a sign of the ending of times. Even the wild life has got to be wondering what is happening????

What confuses me is when I drove by lake ray hubbard, it didn't look as bad. Lavon looks really bad.

Yeah, my friends and I used to hang out at the Highland Park marina and have campfires on the beach, as recent as July. Now the beach where we used to relax is now, essentially in the middle of a damn field, in that it's surrounded by dry silt and weeds for at least over 300 yards from where the water once was.
