21.Strangers Love.?

I slowly shook my head, thinkning to myself. I hadn't just said that outloud. I hadn't just blown my cover, had I. I began babbling to myself, as we stood in the hallway. She grabbed my arms, but I just continued talking to myself.

"Nick." She grabbed my face, making me look at her. "Did, you just say I loved you?"

I shook my head. "Let's pretend I didn't. Let's just wait till I plan it out some more and." I continued on. "We were supposed to wait, until I took you on an actual date. The beach or something. I just,"

"Nick, I need you to shut up." She told me.

My eyes locked with hers, she was searching for something to say. Anything would have been good at this point. Her arms immediatly wrapped around my neck as she pulled me in for a hug.

"I'm kinda glad you didn't wait to say it, because... I don't really know" She told me.

I smirked, as I pulled away from her. "Because, what?" I asked her.

"I don't know, I was just looking for something to say." She smiled innocently at me.

"Sure." I said, placing my arms around her waist and pulling her closer to me. I slowly leaned in, placing my lips on hers.

When she didn't hesistate, or stop me I fugured it was a green light. I gently and swiftly lifted her off the ground not once taking my lips off hers. I traveled to the bedroom, setting her down on the bed. As she began to unbutton my shirt. Two things were going through my mind.

I loved Selena.

I groaned slightly at the sun as it shined through the open blinds. i felt Selena's body shift ontop of mine. "Finally your awake."

She smiled up at me, as she poked my cheeks. "how long have you been up."

"It seems like forever, I've been up for a long two minutes!" She let out a giggle when she saw me roll my eyes.

I smiled, as I sat up in bed, causing her to roll over on the side. "You hungry?"

"starving, what's for breakfast?" She said, jumping out of bed.

I searched the ground for my boxers, sliding them up once I had located them. i analyzed Selena up and down. She only wore my dress shirt from the wedding, leaving her long legs exposed. Her hair had fallen at her shoulders, tossled and tangled. She walked out of the room, humming a song. I smiled to myself following her into the kitchen.

"What am I cooking?" I asked her as she slid on the counter top.

She swung her legs back and forth like a five year old. "How about pancakes, and while you make that, I can cut some fruit?"

I nodded in agreement, watching her, waiting for her to get the fruit. She laughed. "I'll do my job later."

"Your horrible." i told her, while shaking my head

She smiled. "Hey Nick?"

I turned towards her, setting the spatula down. "Yea."

"Can i have a kiss," She whispered.

I smiled, leaning against the counter in between her legs. I pressed my lips tightly against hers, wrapping my arms tightly around the circumfrence of her tiny waist. she deepened the kiss, placing her hands on my shoulders for support as she leaned against me. She pulled away from me, biting her lip.

"Your pancakes are burning." she told me while laughing.

I held the burnt pancake out towards her and we both began laughing. "Looks like you can't cook everything."

I smirked at her and set it on a plate. "Well, your the one who's got the short end of the stick, this one's yours."

She gasped as she crossed her arms across her chest. "you nugget, and to think I was gonna tell you I loved you." She said teasingly as she looked at me and raised her eyebrows.
