This is an example of what a day (well a morning) is like living with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). I was feeling pretty good physically, so i'm able to actually do my makeup, go for a walk etc. But even on good days there are things i have to make sure i do and things i have to make sure i don't do! Emotionally it was a hard day for me for me, but I thought i would make this video to take my mind off of it. This was kind of put together pretty quickly so it's not the best. Lots of lighting problems as blinds were closed and open and closed again in my room. haha. But it was just for fun to give me something to do on a day when i had enough energy to do it! Hope you guys enjoy!
