The JanTech parts marking machines from http://www.trendmarking.com.au can mark both flat and round items, either via direct marking or via offset pad printing.
As opposed to conventional pad printers which use a pad and etched plate with a blade to spread the ink, the JanTech printer uses rubber or metal letters, numbers or logos - even polymer die plates which can be made by the user. Therefore, changeable information can be marked such as part-numbers and even serial-numbers.
A variety of paste letterpress offset printing inks can be used and are spread on a disk via a roller which also spreads a fine layer of ink on the typeface. Single colours only are possible.
Simple to use and operate, the JanTech printers use very little consumables and are easy to maintain. For more information visit Trend Marking Systems at http://www.trendmarking.com.au
