Bloopers then the real thing. V Lea (from Malaysia I think) showed me this trick at Pole Camp. She calls it the Viva Superwoman. I tried it more than 40 times tonight, and I've finally got it. YEA!!!!!

oh well done , yes i saw that on your pole camp vid, & was a bit baffled! I've done the version Jenyne Butterfly showed us where you bend the top leg through from that position but not straight leg with ultra quick hand whip! looks awesome xx

I saw an Asian lady do this on YouTube once and I kept repeated it trying to understand how to do it. I'm so glad you posted this, I tried to do this a little while ago and just couldn't get it at all.
I'd call it air cartwheel or air scissors to superman.
Until I can fathom how to do this, my fav way into superman is from Flat Line Scorpio lol!
