how can they call it "無刀" when they clearly cut the cornea open?!? how come they avoid showing how the flap was cut open?

and how come the doctor himself is wearing glasses? yes he cannot operate on himself but doesn't he have colleagues who does lasik? this is all too suspicious. there is still a 5% failure rate in the US - but they didn't mention that in this clip.
