A Morris 8 series E sidevalve, I can smell it now. A wind open front window, which was a help when driving in foggy weather, and a must have starting handle.
Those were the days old arty 1962ish.
Good grief, am I that old, better go before I pop off.

My 1st Vehicle - 1983 Isuzu truck (1.6L petrol engine) - slow (90kmh top speed), gutless, rusty and unreliable, but still plenty of fun (esp fitting 4 people across its bench seat!) - solid body though, particularly when it hit a farmers steel gate - gate and fenceposts disintegrated, causing no damage to the truck!... - It expired when it blew the conrod on a river bridge - with a full load of firewood on the back!
