This adventure fly fishing short film was shot in Summer 2007 on a remote Bering Sea Coast stream. This remote streams sees less than 4 groups of anglers per year.
This film follows a group of fly fishermen from a remote wilderness lake west 55 miles to the Bering Sea. The river was so small in the first 10 miles rafts had to be pushed, pulled and prodded for two days straight. Was it worth it? Absolutely. The fly fishing for rainbow trout, grayling, sockeye, chinook and chum salmon was absolutely amazing. Living the dream as they say... We hope you enjoy the film just a fraction of how much we enjoyed making it.
Nice trip. We flew with Freshwater several years ago in the "goose". Great plane. We have a video of it and our float trip. I am curious as to which river it is, but it appears that you want to keep it quiet, so I can understand and respect that.
