@neozeonsolid It is based on the quickest and most efficient way to subdue your enemy, much like Krav Maga. And there is a reason these martial arts are taught to troops and used on the battlefield... When you have knowledge in these arts and experience in performing such techniques you become very dangerous. Being said, If a Marine steps into a cage with a fighter, he will lose, but if a fighter goes against a Marine in a life and death situation. the Marine will come on top every time.

i have to say that the martial arts training in the Marines are only useful for people who aren't experienced in fighting
