I wish someone would clean up the background noise in these vids!

Yeah, sounds fine, but if you don't use a mouse or cannot use one? All beauty breaks right in front of your eyes! :)

can anyone tell me why when i do this to my guitar tracks i get like an echo? its not like i have any effects on.

a few users I know use it on the mac.. via boot camp.. no worries ;-)

I believe you make those edits in V-Vocal which is already included in Sonar 7.

Why bother with a Mac version? There's already a stack of strong tools available for the Mac - Cakewalk was one of the first serious DAW's for the Wintel platform and that's the loyal pumping heart of their market. How many Mac users do you seriously think will replace their Cubase/Pro Tools/Logic Audio/Ableton Live setups with Sonar? I'd say the cost of porting and testing Mac-specific driver/audio formats & machine code would be more than the profits they'd make from doing so.

How much you wanna bet that the little cut after he says "The very basics that people expect from Audiosnap, you can think of it as..." is him saying something to the effect of "a Beat Detective equivalent". Hahahhahaha. Still, I gotta give it to Cakewalk for matching or besting a lot of the Pro Tool's feature set. Now if only they'd make Mac version.

can audio snap be used to change the pitch up/down of a clip...for the effect...say in a radio production spot...to change the vioce for a different more demented sound...or to make a point in the production more pronounce..??
Well, the good news is you could correct that if that is how you want it to sound
