Youtube has helped me so much its helped me lose 66lbs so far and of course weight watchers. The only downfall for me was i wish i did a bodyshot on cam when i 1st started so i could see but i didnt because i was to scared =( but i want to wish you good luck and if you need to ask me anything email me :) and if you have facebook theres also tons of support on there email me if you want to add me or its on my page :)
