No.. at the very very end they tell each other tht they love eachother but it's too late as Owen's been kicked out. They never kiss or anything.. It's one of those stories where they're always looking at eachother and get almost do.. but dont (Grr) and there's all these really sweet scenes and clips and it's pretty obvious but they never realise until the very end (amazing episode- you have to watch. I cried SO MUCH every time i watched it and I've seen it well over 20 times lol)

ok yet lila and owen sumtimes they get together but this time is their first time go out each other. lila nd owen neva kissed. its always tht bitch kate! i kno lila nd owen r really cute together. i cry wen lila always saw kate nd owen hvin sex kissing etc. it hurts her so bad!! i mean its not fair for lila...
