Intuos is good, though, if not weird at first. You get used to it quick.

I can already draw good, I just dont use color. All my work is on paper, if I did it on the computer like this I would try to use color, and it would be easier if I had a tablet like that so I could do it by hand on the actual screen. All my work on paper is black and white with shading :P

You could just get an intuos and start from there, the board won't make you draw better.

Wow, your so good. I wish I had one of these tablets, I could draw on my computer and it would be a lot easier xD
