  • @Francisquito1989 Al Jazeera is not real news report! They are Al Qaeda sympathizers!

  • People have been sick and tired of the same old in E.S. hence the victory by Funes and his party. Realistically, what has changed since Funes? What have been the major improvements? It's sick how my people are given hope and belief that things will turn around for our country with Funes but we see the same political nonsense.

  • It's encouraging to see small nations in our hemisphere opt for the political left. When right-wing regimes and "free markets" fail to live up to the expectations the citizens have they, quite rightly, should be ousted and government should have an opportunity to exercise justice for the people. I liked this report and find it interesting critics of the new government are concerned about it spending an illegitimately long time in power, quite like the rightists have made every effort to do.

  • Valen berga gobierno, pandilleros y extorcionadores cerotes que no dejan en Paz a la gente.

  • This change doesnt mean a fucking thing The country has actually gotten worse politicians cant be trusted in el salvaodr unless its me...

  • If communism is a process, which begins with socialism, then more socialism equals more communism yes? The USSR, as with all the old Soviet Republics, considered themselves true communists, and yet referred to themselves as socialist states! This isn't some oversight, or mistake - socialism and communism were interchangeable in their minds.

Your analogy to HIV & AIDS falls apart. Corrected it would be increasing immunodeficiency from AIDS leads to infection & death.

  • The fact that the USSR was considered Communit by western standards, reality is it was a Socialist country, hence, its name. This does not prove that Socialism cannot exist in a Democracy. As an analogy, you are saying: HIV causes AIDS therefore a person with HIV has AIDS. FALSE. Socialism is a step to Communism, yet Socialism is not Communism. Socialism can coexist with any form of goverment Democratic or not. Socialism is a regulator of gov't abuses and behavior and a society's monitoring tool

  • In other words, since socialism is as far as communism ever gets, socialism is in fact communism. Note, Communist Russia was known as the U.S.S.R. The Union of Soviet SOCIALIST Republics, though they considered themselves, "communists". This shows that communist proponents themselves, use the terms interchangeably.

  • No, I am not contradicting myself. What I am saying is that socialism, as a stage in the so-called progression towards communism, (according to communist theory), is as far as communism ever gets, or was really ever intended to get in practice.

Ipsofacto, communism and socialism are interchangeable terms for the same thing, both existing in degrees of totalitarianism masquerading as social justice.

  • and there are jobs in Mexico??? Is that why they have to build a big fence at the border??? because there are all those jobs to be taken?? Come on think a little.
