TREX SA Backyard Hovering

Hovering side to side, basis of a figure 8 in the backyard. This looks much prettier in a big field. I think I may post some videos to highlight the steps to learning how to hover to help some people. This is just me having fun.

nice flight. pretty cool tht u can fly nose in. Its so confusing and i already crashed twice trying.. maybe u can give me some tips?

yes, no doubt. big thing - picture yourself inside the canopy, don't look at the tail... second thing, is to focus on flying with each side facing you, until you can start pointing the nose more and more towards you. I can hover nose in now, and land nose it with ease. Work at it gradually, just don't jump into it nose in.

very nice, what kind of radio are you using?

DX7 with a 6100 RX. I've got a 7000, but it doesn't fit in there as well as the 6100. Thank you for the complement, I need to update with some new video... I'm not hovering in the backyard any more, and can fly nose in now :)

Thank's for quick answer to my inquiries,somehow i am not surprised to hear that you now flying nose in and all...you are pretty good with your other heli.oh yeah that backyard not bad at all, i think it's big enough for me to fly my heli,where are you about anyway? eastcoast?
