Bias and/or other arguments about which news network is best aside, I really have never liked Fox News' graphics package - there's way too much movement, and they're far to obnoxious and overpowering in general. On top of that, the onscreen DOG/Ticker, Name Straps, and Live DOG take up a ridiculous amount of space, and are ultimately more distracting than helpful.

Personally, I prefer the presentation of CNN International or BBC World News - much less distracting, and clean looking, as well.
