Thanks, and no, this exploit requires no mods at all, not even mani admin,eventscripts,sourcemod,a­nd so on.

I found Freeze fix ,steps. start. right click(my computer)property's. Advance Tab. Settings( performance).Visual Affects processor,mem usage,and virtual memory. Advance tab. click Change (Virtual Memory). Customs Size (Initial Side 4000). Maximum size ( 4000). click set. Ok. you might have to restart your computer. this will help every thing to load faster. let me know you that fixed your freeze troubles.good luck
